John is an experienced financial advisor with expertise in assisting families with portfolio management, retirement planning, college funding. John also works with small business owners to provide benefits to attract and retain top talent. John is currently licensed and registered to do business in DC, GA, FL, MD and VA, 

John is alumnus of Morehouse College, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. John also earned a Masters in Business Administration from Georgia Tech with concentrations in Finance and Information Technology.

John is a lifetime member of the National Black MBA Association, Inc. (NBMBAA) and has been a member of the organization since 1999. He served on the board of the Washington DC Chapter for 10 years, including the last 4 as President. During his tenure, the chapter received recognition as NBMBAA Chapter of the Year 3 times, and won NBMBAA Channel Awards in the Career, Lifestyle, Education, and Entrepreneurship Channels. John is also one of the founding members of the Greater Maryland Chapter.
